What truly matters. You can take all the rat race and competition and keeping up with the Joneses and all the things that frustrate and pursue and put ’em in a basket and drop it down a well. At the end of the day your family is the only thing — the only thing — that truly matters. Care for them. Love them (yes, tough love counts, too). Teach them. Inspire them. Give them room to grow and to stumble and to learn. And old song says, “Hold on loosely, but don’t let go.” I’m holding on.
